About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and supervise our concrete crews on residential and commercial projects. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations on-site, coordinating with project managers, ensuring safety, and delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
As a Concrete Foreman, you will work closely with both the team and clients, ensuring each project is completed to professional standards. From driveways and patios to larger driveways and decorative work, you’ll be the one making sure everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and LEAD concrete crews on-site
- Manage daily job site operations, including labor, materials, and equipment
- Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and project deadlines
- Monitor and enforce safety practices and site cleanliness
- Train and mentor crew members to build skills and productivity
- Troubleshoot problems on-site and find solutions quickly
- Keep accurate records of hours, progress, and materials used
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a concrete foreman or crew leader
- Strong knowledge of concrete pouring, finishing, forming, and reinforcement
- Ability to read plans and drawings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and focused on quality work
- Commitment to safety practices and procedures
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
