About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for placing, finishing, and repairing concrete for residential and commercial projects. From driveways and patios to slabs and decorative stamped work, you’ll help us deliver high-quality results our customers can rely on.
As a Concrete Finisher, you’ll work alongside skilled crews on a variety of projects, making sure each pour is completed with precision, attention to detail, and pride in your work.
Responsibilities
- Place, spread, level, and smooth freshly poured concrete
- Apply finishing techniques including floating, troweling, edging, stamping and jointing
- Install decorative finishes like stamping, coloring, and exposed aggregate (as needed)
- Set forms and prepare work areas for concrete pours
- Operate finishing tools, power trowels, and hand tools
- Ensure surfaces are properly finished, cured, and protected
- Work closely with the crew to complete projects on time and to quality standards
- Maintain safety on the job site at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a concrete finisher
- Knowledge of various finishing techniques, including stamped or decorative concrete
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to read plans or follow instructions for layout and finish work
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
- Team player with good communication skills
